I am a substitute teacher in Alberta. I would not be able to eliminate that position with mystery shopping.
In my most productive mystery shopping time, I made about $200 per month in fees and up to another $200 in useful reimbursements.
Now, I only do shops I'm driving right past to work or on personal errands. A little extra in my pocket and no expenses.
You can certainly make more than that. I just find I enjoy a full day teaching to a full day mystery shopping. And then reports in the evening.
I quit full time teaching, largely because I don't want to work evenings.
When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows, not the flower.
