Hello Everyone

I’m new to ships and audit with about 25 in person shops and audits. I kind of jumped right in.

Reputation management is important to me. Does anyone have do’s and dont’s that might be different from a traditional office?

For instance, some auditors want a response only if they ask for one. They gave feedback and have moved on. I’ve seen some say a polite do not respond please. In a traditional office, people expect follow up after feedback, even if it’s just a thank you.

If there’s other things like that, please share!!!
