Gigwalk

I got the email, too. Lots of photo gigs for $10, but you need the app and the instructions look like they want really good photos, like as an ad vs. just documentation like merchandisers do.

Former mystery shopper, current merchandiser.

I've done several gigs using gigwalk.
Until, this weekend , I hadn't tried any of the merchandising gigs.

Let me say, my first instincts were correct. It was a nightmare. I was onsite well over the suggested job duration.

After an hour I made 2 decisions.
This would be my first and last merchandising gig.
I would complete the assignment regardless of how long it took.

I ultimately went home dissatisfied because I could not complete the assignment.
I was unable to complete the assignment because I could not get cooperation from the store staff to print out the merchandise labels. (I asked repetitively over several hours).

Much respect to those of you who do this on a regular basis.
GIgwalk has opened many new doors for me. I was recently contacted by a merchandiser based on jobs I completed for them a few months ago, through Gigwalk. They would like me to complete a merchandising assignment circuit in the area, for them.
