I believe you get points every time you do a project for cast force. I do projects for them every month and when I finish them and the projects are done on time, I see my score increase. You lose points for late work or cancelled jobs. On your site portal there is a name of a person who is your supervisor and you can email that person and ask them how to get your score increased.
