Any one else working for Footprint

I started with footprint on a Dollar General project about a month ago. The work is super boring but the pay is good. I was assigned a manager and everything was moving along well. I am doing 4 stores and she was looking for me more stores so I could dedicate a couple of days a week to the company. Then I called her and was curtly told that she no longer was supposed to deal with the field reps and gave me another name to contact. When I could not find the contact info I called the project manager on Friday. We had a nice talk and he sent me contact info the person he said I would be working for. I contacted her this morning and this time was told I should only contact the support department. I don't understand what is going on with them and don't know how it will work not to have one specific person you deal with. Anyone else having this issue.

Sorry you have had no replies. I have not worked for this company, and as such, I have not any advice for you. But I did just want to say that I hope things will work out for you. Sounded like you had a good gig going there, until the abrupt change with your manager.
Sounds like the company did an upper management re-org and you got stuck in the vortex.
No doubt it will all clear up soon, if it hasn't already, and you'll be smooth sailing again.
Hope you get those extra stores added, though!! There is nothing like a FULL week of work!!

They did change the way they handled everything. I have gotten it worked out and have an 8 hour day every week as well as one 2 hour visit to another store. Its still frustrating not having a direct contact, but they pay on time.
Dang!

Do you get a LOA? Because I have worked for other companies with DG and been thrown out for no LOA. Just curious.

Never heard of this company before but you probably shouldn't name the MSC and the client in the same post.
This is the merchandising section, Footprint is a merchandising company, not a MSC. just wanted to clarify the above post.
