Yes, I realize I could contact them, but is this really efficient to have to contact them every time one is not approved. What I want to know is if there is a place on the website where they state why it was not approved.
I haven't had any in the 'not approved' part of their portal. Before they were Snap they would appear in the 'Quality Control' portion and you would get a call asking for further info or telling you the pics weren't good or whatever. I've had some show back up in the 'Awarded' when I had already reported them. They said the photos didn't show up. Well, they did when I reported it. And, so it required me entering the entire report again. I don't see a place for quality control to place notes. You should be receiving an email about whatever the problem is. However, your Area Manager (Contract Specialist in the upper right corner of the portal) should have already called you and helped you to figure it out. They only get paid. Good luck!
