Sign placement

I have seen merchandisers in stores placing ads/ signs on the floor. Does anyone know how to get started doing this? What companies provide this service? Please advise. Thank you.

Sign up with NARMS (go to the Merchandising section). You'll make a *lot* more money mystery shopping.

I misread the previous post which is correct.

Hi slynncovin,
Yes, I can tell you. It's News America Marketing, a division of Smart Source. I worked for them for 7 years and thoroughly enjoyed it. It wasn't the highest hourly pay, compared to others I had in my 7 years of merchandising, but my manager was just an absolute peach!! I left due to some physical issues, but did enjoy working for them. You can Google "News America Marketing" and then find the tab that shows careers or jobs (can't remember now which it is), and then put in an application. Even if there are no openings showing up, you may still get a call. That's how I got hired. Oh, and it's employee based, not independent contractor, so taxes are taken out for you. Good luck!!
