7/11 Stuff animal reset

I have done one set of stores in the past for the company they are no longer doing, so this time I switched to 7/11 basically the same route. I have to say management between the two are so different. Between being told the person always brings them new ones and they want a new one before I proceeded to a manger chewing me out because she has gotten nothing she has requested and she is tired of dealing with them, to one saying oh we haven’t seen anyone in over a year and was wondering how we contact someone about getting more. Was shocking to me. Also, most of them would not let me in their back room. They would flat out say no I will check or have one of the employees to check. Has anyone else seen this?

Sorry, I wasn’t sure exact words I could use and couldn’t use together, so trying to be discreet, it hopefully enough info was given so you get the hint. lol

I never have the expectation that any business needs to allow me into their back room. I ask if they know if there is backstock, can they ask someone that would know, could they please check, etc. If they occasionally ask me to come along, or once in a great while tell me to go look, fine, otherwise I go by what they tell me. Even the TY CEO, has no right to go into a businesses back room.
I worked in retail mgmt for many years. We always kept our backrooms locked and allowed very few people in. This was to prevent people rifling through personal belongings, seeing the schedule posted on the wall sales figures, etc

One regional director I worked with liked to boast how he would make an excuse to get into a competitors back room and then see all of their confidential notices, sales, schedules, etc.

It was very commone for travelling gangs of shoplifters to hit one store after another and steal wallets and money.
I don’t disagree at all. I wish they would not ask to take a picture of the back room if no stock is found. That was my only concern on these was most of them I had to put I could not get a picture of the back room.
I have taken a photo of a manager with her hands up in an “I have no idea” gesture before for my proof of no backstock photo. I reported that management said there was no backstock, so sent a photo of her.
I ran into this with an entirely different project, they didn't want me going anywhere near the back to check. Asking would instantly put them on the defensive. Instead, I explained that I needed to verify if there is any back stock and I let them choose how to proceed. I submitted a photo of a closed door if I was denied entry and said they would not allow me access to the back room but said ...
If I didn't actually go to the back room, but the employee told me there was no stock I always selected "other' for the answer to that question. Then there is a prompt to explain, and I would state whatever the situation was. That way you aren't prompted for a picture. I was never questioned about it.
Can you hint as to what co this is with?
Customer Impact. Client hasn't been mentioned in this thread. You sort of missed the boat here there. Most of the program has been discontinued.
