FORM assignments, need to mark completed again

Check your shop log if you did these. My completed shops were all removed and replaced with a consolidated NEW shop that I needed to mark as completed again.

If it's the company I think you are talking about, I checked and mine are all fine, thank goodness.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
Customer impact has the FORM shops. These were April 10-12(bonused) shops that changed from completed status to new status. I feared that it may delay payment and possibly be used as an excuse to deny by claiming that the shop wasn't submitted by the deadline. It was but now it looks like I just let them know that I did the task. I am not amused.
They made a few changes with scheduling and protocol that have made it more difficult to know what’s happening.

I need to schedule at least 2-3 days in advance for the long 8-12 hour shifts and route assignments so I can plan my time, and waiting till the 15th of the following month to be paid instead of the 1st and 15th has also disrupted the flow.
The have always paid once a month since 2017. Usually between the 20th and 25th. The 15th just started this year.

I saw mine bundled. CI is not looking to screw you on payment.

Not saying they’re trying not to pay. During the menswear push last year I did get paid 2x/month. It was almost like a regular paycheck and it was nice to have that momentum.

My frustration is that completed shops were changed to new status as if they hadn't been done. Bundle them, fine, but leave the status what it was. And if they need me to do something when they make a change because they cannot for some reason, communicate that. With no communication, what should I imagine they are doing by removing the completed status?

And I sent a message asking about this which was entirely ignored. It's not a good look.

Always sux not to get a response. Some schedulers are better than others there for sure. This bundling has happened to me often in the past. I just verify they didn't miss anything and resubmit. I would prefer the jobs be listed individually myself as that is easier for me to track.

I never did any jobs with expedited payment so wasn't really aware of that.

I had this happen on a different project. I wish they would have given a heads up on it. I initially thought I forgot to submit it, but I always submit it in Sassie when I am in the parking lot of a location, so I KNOW I submitted them previously.

Did you get paid?

They've ignored two emails now that I sent asking about this. I'm certainly not taking more of these assignments with no communication and no idea if they will eventually pay for the ones I have already done. There are more visits sitting on the board with bonuses building. There must be others feeling similarly.

I did, but I saw it and resubmitted it prior to the next pay cycle.
I always, always take screen shots or pdf’s of every submission as proof of completed assignments. I usually don’t need them but when there’s a glitch, it’s saved a lot of tears.
I delete them once I’m paid.
