This sounds like Falcon Farms in my area. I haven't heard of Dalia. It could be the same company. The job I have seen is really good, except they send you to the furthest store possible on your last job, and you get mileage going there, but you don't get mileage coming back because it's your last job. They wanted me to drive an hour home after my last job on my own dime, so I didn't take the job. It wouldn't make sense because it would cost me as much going back home from the store than it did going there, so I would be doing the last store for free. I asked them to reroute the route to make it make sense, and they wouldn't do it. So, the route is set up to screw you.
