Should Grass Roots be removed from the "Official List of Mystery Shopping Companies"?

Does this mean that GrassRoots Measurements is no longer MSing or that they no longer has shops in your state? I signed into my account and saw three shops in my area. I have only done one shop for them in the past and did not like the gift card reimbursed. But I am wondering have they "lost that loving feeling".

When you signed into your account, did you see a notice about them ceasing operations in the US? A lot of other members have reported seeing the notice.

Hmmm.... If they are still a viable MSC, why remove them from The List just because they are no longer in the US? We have members here from other countries.

Might be something to consider splitting the list into US only and international. We often get questions about other countries and it might be useful to have the international companies on their own list.

Time to build a bigger bridge.
