SOS - problem in sending required shop email via a website.

Hi all,

I imagine many of you have done these but it is my first time. I am doing an assignment for an MSP (name = nude). It requires visiting a website to view a property and then emailing agent for property from the website. It is an internet/phone response assignment - not too complicated.

However, the website won't allow me to email the agent by clicking on "email agent". I get an error message.

Yes, I've already send a communication to the scheduler asking if I can just email the agent directly from my email account and proceed that way. No response yet and doing it via the client's website may be part of the requirement so I'm hesitating to proceed without permission on the "work around".

Any ideas of suggestions much appreciated!

Have you tried using a different browser? It isn't only MSP websites that can be problematic with one browser or another.
Thanks, Flash. At your suggestion, I did try three different browsers. This whole thing turned out to be very strange. I did change my email client but it was still not working. So, instead of using the internet connection from my home DSL line, I used a mobile broadband USB modem that I use when traveling and the email went through. Only problem now is explaining myself to the agent whose mailbox will be full since when it worked, it sent them ALL. If anyone can explain this, I'd love to hear it. Well, back to work. I have 8 of these darn things to do but thanks so much for your response, Flash - You are a GEM!
"Gosh, I was wanting the information and I just couldn't get it to go through, then suddenly bang, it went and sent every one I had tried! Sorry about filling up your email :-)"
