THATS EXACTLY MY POINT I JUST GOT THE ONE EMAIL OF NOT GETTING PAID WITHOUT TELLING ME WHAT I DID WRONG AT 4 DOLLARS A GALLON FOR GAS THATS NOT RIGHT

tlalonde, please remove the client name from your post. Naming the client and the company in the same thread is both a violation of your ICA and of this forum's posting guidelines. There is a blue 'Edit' in the lower right hand corner of your post to fix it.

Maybe the MSC thinks that the reason that you are not getting paid is obvious. Maybe there is another reason, or reasons. I have only been shopping for about a year now. If you honestly do not know why or if you can't figure it out and assuming that you are a reasonable person, I would be more careful about the MSCs that I shop for and the shops that you do. I learned this lesson very early. I still have problems now and then, but not frequently.

If you do not know why you are not getting paid for the shop - all they told you is that you did not follow the directions - e-mail the Help Desk and ask them exactly how you did not follow directions. Ask nicely, explaining that you want to understand so you can be a better shopper and perform all future jobs exactly to specifications. MF is usually more than willing to e-mail back and explain it to you. The only thing they seem not to want to explain is why a person has been deactivated - apparently that's classified info.......

You're welcome. There have been a few times when I was following the shop instructions( I rechecked the instructions) and it seemed that they didn't know what the instructions were. They should tell you why.
