Cetification

How do I go about getting certified? I went to the mspa website but all I'm finding is the forum .

Go to

[www.mysteryshop.org]

click on shoppers when that opens click certification on the far left that will take you to the link for certification toward the bottom of page. Get MSPA certified you wont be sorry

I have been mystery shopping for 9 months and am not certified, and do between 40 and 50 shops a month. I don't think that being certified helps you get shops, but when you are assigned for a shop and follow through is what counts. In the 9 months shopping I have only missed 3 shops, because of a work related issue and the schedulers were more than happy to re-schedule the shop for me.
The most impoirtant thing in mystery shopping is if assigned a shop complete it, but if you find that you can't let the schedulers know.

I want to learn to do this stuff. I like to shop and eat so I think I could be really goog at this. I am retired from being a really good employee at a truck stoop as a waitress so I think I have alot of things that would meke me real good at this. I am gone to sign up and try to get cetrified as soon as I can. Is is hard to do? Does anyone have some good advise to give me?
