This is the first video apartment shop I have seen.

The Shopper seemed too lukewarm with alot of "oh's" when the employee was showing her the apartment. Did she forget to act like a normal apartment shopper when she did this assignment? It seems to be the employee would more easily pick up that she was too "expressionless" and not saying much.

In other words, when you go look at an apartment (non shop) unless it's roach infested or pretty bad, you are going to find some good in it...

I've done alot of apartment shops and you want to act natural, get involved with the salesperson (some conversation) and show some excitement with some of the features...

The client doesn't want to hear us, they want to hear the agent. What we saw were just a few brief clips. Normally I express interest, but still keep conversation to a minimum. It can be one of the hardest things to do on a video shop, lol!

Same here. If you saw one of my videos all you would hear from me would be a lot of "OK" and "I like that". The shopper actually did what she was supposed to by letting the salesperson lead and not chattering.

Yes, those were clips from a pretty typical apartment shop. The shopper needs to give enough positive feedback to give the agent a chance to try to close for the sale, but also needs to minimize their remarks. At least one objection of the sort that the agent can overcome is also usually required. The sample video is quite realistic.

It may be somewhat of a misnomer to use the term "interaction" which implies give and take, when in reality the client wants to see a presentation from the target.
