Yes, but only one to date. What was your question? Maybe someone else has experience with it. My shop was a telephone shop, but I noticed that if it had been on site, one of the questions would have been to quiz the representative about the demographics of the residents. This was to see if the representative was doing something illegal by trying to keep out certain people. I was impressed.
Hello Everyone,
In answer to your question about apartment shops. I have done several apartment shops. They are not easy, they are time consuming, and you really have to be on your toes. Be sure you really know your scenario before you go, or you will slip up. If your not getting $20 - $30 an apartment shop, it may not be worth your while. You need to think of the cost of gas to get there and back, it costs about 7 cents a sheet of your paper from the computer/printer per page, and the survey download can be lengthy in pages for instructions and survey. Then you have at least 2 hours of debriefing after the shop, once you get back home to put it in the computer. You'll have to eat the costs the first few times, just to get your foot in the door, the companies need to get to know you. Once they know you, you have made a name for yourself, your off and running. Good Luck, Pamela
I concur, it takes time but after you get the feel of the apartment shops, they are fun to complete and pay more. I have completed 30 + and the minimum I get paid for each is $20 and up to $50 (depending on the company)
I have performed over 50 shop assignments for apartments. There Great! A good company to sign up with is epmsonline.com. They pay at least $40-50 per assignment. Although there report is very detailed and lengthy, after you have filled out a few reports you'll get use to them and breeze through them without a problem. You have to really keep check on their assignment board because their assignment go fast.

Good Luck!
I have done alot of apartment shops paying between $25 and $50 per shop. The only downside to these is you have to make phone contact with a certain target without asking for them. Also you have to print out 10-12 page reports which you then have to handwrite and fax in.
I'm glad I didnt have to hand write the report for an apartment shop I did. My only other apartment shop was a telephone shop.
They pay well, for certain, but the reports are so long, your wage per hour is low. Plus the fact that the only shops I have had to defend (and ultimately not get paid for) have been these. Every large company has one..... it is up to you.

epsonline is also called Ellis, and it is their shops that are hand written. Yuk.
