Western Union email. Pass or fail?

I got this today. It really look legit, except for the $150 part.

I googled the company name and it seems to be legit, too. So if it's spam, and I suspect it is, it's better than the average fishing hunt.

Anybody have any thoughts on this one?

I'd assume it's a scam.

It is a surprisingly well written scam.

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

....though it asks for the usual scam info, and nothing about your experience, like real MSCs would.

It also asked for "NAMES:" and I'm guessing the return address is not @ FGIresearch.com, which the company would use. FGI does not even appear to use shoppers or have a link to sign up.
Good catch, Steve. That one went right past me.

There ARE some well-paying WU shops but they are on the boards, you have to be Hispanic, and they have you try to send something illegally, to see if the clerk is willing to do it.

But I can't imagine them soliciting like that.

The thing I always want to know is -- how did they get my email address? I have 15 email addresses. If I get a shopping email to my shopping address I will think it may be legitimate. If I get a shopping email to my "online buying" address, I'm going to assume it's a spammy scammer.

Total scam. It does not have legitimate contact info. There should be a web site for the research company that lists an address and phone number, and the research company should be listed on mysteryshopforum.com or a similar site.

Also, I have not seen any legitimate emails where they specifically tell you to list personal information in the email itself. Usually you have to go to their web site to sign up.

Finally, for $150, the job should have more requirements.
