Sorry to hear that. Been there, done that. Hope you at least got some pay out of it instead of it being reimbursement only.
Is there any diplomatic (yet still truthful) way to describe what happened? It may also be helpful if you can find something positive to report.
Ugh. Hope you get the report with over quickly and don't get any grief from the MSC. Who knows? You may very well not be the only shopper who had a negative experience at the restaurant.
