Has anyone ever done the "fresh grill" place?

Reflections.ms company has a shop, where you fill your bowl with meats/veggies and they cook it right on the grill.

The forms, to fill this report are long, in my humble opinion.

If you have done this assignment, what was your opinion of the forms and the amount of narrative?

If it is the one where you need EVERY name down to to bus boy way too much info for the price.
Yes, I've done this shop, if you're talking about the Mongolian stir fry restaurant. It's a reimbursement only, and does require narratives. Also, it requires photos of the exterior and restroom. Only the server's name is required. Narratives are required for service, food bar, kitchen staff, cleanliness, etc. I don't find the narratives difficult or demanding.

However, I really like this restaurant. There are a few in my area, and I can't wait until I've done my time, and am eligible to shop them again. I try to shop them during the lunch period, when the bowls are less expensive. I have learned to really stuff my bowl, and always take home leftovers smiling smiley

Yup. smiling smiley I think it's the form format that drives me nuts!
I did this shop...once. lol

Food was ok. I don't remember the form, but if it comes up in my area I'll try again
Is this the restaurant named with a men's haircut style? I don't remember needing all that much detail and I don't recall any photos, either. I don't see any offers for it from the same msc any more.

I did the men's haircut one (LOL) for a long time and then it ceased for about a year (maybe two). I have seen it offered by another MSC lately but didn't like the requirements so I have passed on it.

I have never heard of a men's hairstyle that is the same as the name of the grill restaurant shopped by Reflections! Even tried looking up "xxxx hairstyle" and got no hits.

Anyway, I did about 3 and then said no more without a big bonus - which they never do. So it's been awhile. If the report is still the same, it is tedious because a lot of the questions overlap. I had to write the same thing in more than one block.

As for names, I had to get more than the server. I also had to get the name of the manager, hostess, and the grill master (the one who takes your bowl). Plus descriptions of all of them.

You have to count the 12 proteins, 31 veggies, and however many sauces and report what's missing.

Then you have to take a pic of the restroom and the outside, and upload them.

I love going to this place, but going there on a shop wore me out every time.

NOTE: I'm not on the forum every day. If someone comments on my post, I might not reply right away. I've been a shopper since 1991. I've never done any work for a MS company in any other capacity.
I've done that shop for a few years for four different MSCs (it's moved around a bunch) and, while I've always had to get descriptions of the four employees you reference, none of the 4 MSCs has required any names except the name of the server.

I just went back and reviewed my most recent guidelines and report form. Descriptions are required for the 4 employees. Except for the server, names are not required. The exterior and restroom photos have been required by all the MSCs that have shopped it, so it must be a direct client requirement. I don't find the report at all difficult because it is so much easier than the reports of the 3 previous MSCs, all of whom required numerous timings. I find the current company's website a little quirky. You do have to count the items - but I've been to these all over the state and I've never seen anything be out - it's always 12/31/etc. And I've never seen name tags at any of the locations I've been to so it would be pretty difficult to get the names of the hostess, manager and GM. niteowl, I would say you should probably check with the scheduler - it sounds as though you may be getting names you don't really need..... and it may be making you stand out as a shopper.

I miss those shops badly. Those were just perfect, IMO, for a sit-down shop. There's even one just a hop, skip and a jump away from me that I'd do if they didn't move on and change things up.

I get the emails from Reflections still. I'm not doing narratives anymore.
Niteowl--Apparently, the men's haircut style is only in 3 Midwestern states.

There is another chain that is "very warm" and I'm wondering if that's one that is
being mentioned here. There is not one in my state, but I've been to one in a
neighboring state.

Now I'm wondering: Did any msc ever contract with the other Mongolian-type grill?
(The alphabetic one that used to be done by the numerical msc.) I have really
noticed a decline in that chain since they stopped being shopped.

Oh, great. Now I'm hungry.
