I did a shop recently where I was supposed to wait 10 minutes if I wasn't greeted before asking an employee a question about merchandise. I made a mistake and only waited 7 minutes and 26 seconds. The MSC didn't reject the shop; instead they graded me a 9 out of 10 and left the mistake as a comment. I'm glad Service Sleuth was able to understand that shoppers are human and didn't hold it against me.
I'm still kicking myself over this mistake though.
Arguing with fools is like playing chess with a pigeon...
...No matter how good you are, the pigeon will s@^t on the board and strut around like it won anyway.
I made a mistake on a Service Sleuth shop and they didn`t even reduce my grade. I was supposed to mention a device I have so they could make a certain recommendation.
I sure remembered that info on the next shop.
