I did a shop recently where I was supposed to wait 10 minutes if I wasn't greeted before asking an employee a question about merchandise. I made a mistake and only waited 7 minutes and 26 seconds. The MSC didn't reject the shop; instead they graded me a 9 out of 10 and left the mistake as a comment. I'm glad Service Sleuth was able to understand that shoppers are human and didn't hold it against me.
I'm still kicking myself over this mistake though.
