My name is Daniel Price and I'm a scheduler for Customer Impact. I try to post on the board from time to time and answer questions/frustrations you guys have with different things, or just give my perspective/help when I can.
I wanted to let everyone know that we have a running blog on our website in case any of you were interested in reading about various things related to mystery shopping and the industry. Even if you don't shop with us specifically, these may be valuable, entertaining, or just interesting!
Anyway, whether it's tips and tricks, how to get assigned more shops, interesting articles about restaurants and retail, or fun ways to approach the mystery shopping industry, we've got something for everyone.
