Cinepolis Cinemas: Are they shopped???

Wondered if this chain is shopped after reading in today's LA Times that they may be a potential buyer of Regal Cinemas.

This chain from Mexico already has a few of their luxury theaters in the southeast USA and wants to expand.

Cinemark is also a potential buyer, but not AMC which told that to the Wall St Journal last week. .

The movie theaters are pretty awesome. We have 3 of them in So. Cal but the prices are significantly higher than a regular movie theater. You get your own lounge seat and can lie down and watch the movie. They serve drinks directly to your seat and have a full dinner menu. I tried it once for he experience. Have not seen them shopped but will keep my eyes open.
