Is anyone else having trouble uploading images to Intellishop?

I can't not get the images to upload, I have tried everything I know and have emailed the scheduler twice and he is not answering, I am going to end of losing this shop because I can't get him to answer, can someone please instruct me on how they do the upload to make sure I am doing it right, I don't do a lot of shops for them but haven't but the last two shops I have not been able to get anything to upload. Thank you.

I have found that uploads to IntelliShop are much faster using Chrome than when I use Firefox, but this is inconsistent. My general advice is to try a different browser. Sometimes IE works best for me with a particular MSC on a particular day. Why it should vary from day to day is beyond me.
