Does anyone know companies that do oil changes for volkswagon? Specifically in the Dallas area or Wichita Falls.

Lots of MSC's do oil changes but they are the generic ones - not specific for brands of cars. Usually jiffy lube or castroil oil changes. They typically pay a small fee and reimburse up to $35 or $40 for the oil change. Good luck!
