EJ's Pizza

I keep seeing these shops. From reading the description, there is a requirement about eating a specific food from the buffet. Anyone know what that is?

I'm also curious if the reimbursement actually covers all that is required. It seems like you had to buy the buffet and a drink.

Anyone know the answers?

you can google the restaurant, look up their menu--if you can find prices there. then you can calculate roughly if the shop will be a "loser" financially. For buffets, you can call the restaurant and ask the price of a buffet. As far as specifics about shops, often they are in the shopper guidelines. The email ad to get the shoppers to apply are usually less specific. I do all this quickly before I decide to take on a restaurant shop.

Yes, I could call, but they have several locations and prices could be different. I just wondered from those who have done them what their experience with reimbursement was. It's also why I'm asking if anyone knows what the buffet item is that is required to be eaten. The only way to know is to see the guidelines and you can't see the guidelines until you accept a shop. :}
Some of these types of things are confidential and they do that to keep the secret. The fewer people know the less likely the secret will get out.

I get that. My reason for asking about the food item is to make sure it was something I'd want to eat. I have no idea what is in this buffet and if I have to eat mushrooms, for example, there's no way I'd sign up for the shop.
