I had recently carried out several shops with them until they started to change the rules. The want us to report the same day by midnight or else.
I tried to maintain their standards but seems that there was a mix up in e-mails and a shop I requested got assigned to me but never received a confirmation. Because I didn't do it obviously, I got kicked out.
The schedulers are rude and don't even like to respond e-mails, let alone answer the phone.
The bright side is that they pay relatively fast.
I'm sorry that I could not keep up with them...they are hard to please. Maybe in the future.
