Ellis (Apartment Company) Any other Apartment Companies out there ??!!!

I tried working for them and they the hardest and most unsympathetic, unfair company, and I work for many. My friend has had problems also. I think she is ready to quit also. it is a shame because they usually have a lot of shops to do and pay decent, but for the stress they put you through it is just not worth it.

Remington which I would say is harder than Ellis, JM Ridgeway, and Shoppers INC.
Note: OP: Please edit your post as it incorrectly title say PUT instead of OUT

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
Jancyn also offers apartment shops.

Please sign up with Remington. After completing one of their shops, you will have a new appreciation for EPMS.

Shoppers' Critique does apts. Market View might still have them.

It's been a long time since I did a Remington shop, but they still pay well, much better than Ellis. Remington required a lot of detail, but the report was straight forward. It didn't jump around and ask for the same info multiple times. Again, it's been a while since I did Rem, but the forms I used to do were detailed but easy. If you write very well and can provide a ton of detail, try Remington. It's good money, especially with the bonuses.

Intelli-Shop offers apartments shops as well.

I like working for EPMS. It's some extra income that I don't have to question on the 22nd of the month. My only issue with them is...

1. Not having the target's schedule and pressuring you to keep calling to lie to the phone hog.

2. Not telling you that Target...Elizabeth and Liz are the same person or even that Patricia (named after her great grandma that her mom hated) goes by her middle name Helene.

3. The editors fail to listen to the call log and ask that you give them an update of the shop.

Other than that I think I can deal.
Yes I agree, but had other issues also just glad I am not with them any more, way too stressful !!
Thanks for the suggestions. Not quite sure what you mean with my title saying "put" instead of "out " as I do not see that. One suggestion to you is that your spelling is not correct.
Thanks for all the suggestions and I do work for many of those companies. I live in Georgia and they do not offer apartment shops for some reason . I think all states are different in what they offer. My friend who also does shops is signed up with the same companies but gets different shops offered to her than I do. I will try signing up for the others. I do enjoy apartment shops.
Cirrus Marketing does apartment shop. I'll never do another Remington shop again. The pay was fine but it was too much hassle and stressful for me. They want you to write the entire narrative of the phone call which is already recorded. I think it's a waste of time. My report was sent back twice. As a writer, I was offended. The editor stated my narrative was HIGHLY SUMMARIZED, well, duh. Do you want to write how many times they coughed, sneezed and breathe?
They currently have shops in my area for $15. They often get bonused to $33. That's not enough money for me. What are their reports like? Is it simpler than EPMS?

I wouldn't do their shops for under $60.

Yes, Remington wants you to write every, single cough and pause.

My narratives for them were very detailed. No matter how much detail I went into, it was never enough, and it would get rewritten. I started doing their $60 shops after a hiatus. When the editor sent me pages and pages of feedback, I let her know that there was no reason for me to spend a lot of time on my narratives since they got rewritten. There was no point.

One time, being very sarcastic, I went into full detail about a piece of trash in the parking lot. The editor said that was just what she was looking for.

I swear, they are nuts.

LMAO! They are a bunch of nutty people. In my evaluation, I mentioned the leasing agent did not demonstrate or show me any features of the apartment. I stated the agent did not engage with me during the apartment tour. The agent stood in the center of the apartment living room, against a wall and periodically glanced at their cell phone while I looked around the apartment.

The Remington editor replied, "what was the agent doing while you were viewing the apartment? Did the agent mention any special or unique features of the apartment home?" Please provide more details about what the agent was doing and said.

They want a detailed account of the call. Except for the bodily functions you mentioned, yes, they want every detail the employee said to you. Having the recorded call is just for back up in case the client disputes what your report says.

That description would have been fine for EPMS, but not for Remington. They want the who, what, where, when, how, and why of everything in the space-time continuum. The editors want to to model your writing after their writing style, so your narratives get rewritten to their specs.
