From the editor,
"You MUST say what color the light blue short sleeved sweater the associate was wearing is! You have two hours to fix this report or your score will be damaged further."
Um. How did you know she was wearing a light blue short sleeved sweater unless it was IN THE REPORT????
Personal pet peeve -- editors that don't speak or read English well. And editors that "miss things" that are right in front of them (ie - the light blue short sleeved sweater) and insist you redo the report. (You submit it without making any changes and they give you an "8" and tell you it would have been a 10 if you had done followed directions the first time!) AND the ones who just don't get it! You wanted me to the employee's gender. I included her name when you asked for it. And all through the report, I referred to the employee as a "She". I even mentioned she was wearing a light blue short sleeved sweater with a black knee length skirt, with green flip flops.
To be fair, some editors realize they missed something or made a mistake, and move on without penalizing the shopper. Or better yet, acknowledged that they missed it and move on.
