I will be the first to admit having no clue what really happens to a contract when one of the parties has breached it by something like non-payment or has gone out of business. My understanding of the forum guidelines was we adhered to the no client and MSC in the same thread regardless of the status of the MSC. I thought at one time there had been a request for clarification, but don't remember the answer or if we even received an answer.
