carpet cleaning!

This will be a new one for me tomorrow. I hope I get all the pictures right. They want to have pictures of the van, the license plate, the equipment, all surreptitiously of course. smiling smiley Anyone ever do this one before?

yes - this is a nice company. They pay like clockwork. They don't have much here, too bad. The pictures were not hard - I slipped out while the serviceman was cleaning the carpets. The hardest part was collecting the sample of cleaner and mailing it to them.
Oh dear, I haven't been requested to get a sample of the cleaner. That would be really awkward. Just two pics of the outside of the van, one of the interior, one of the equipment, (solution), and license plate.
Then breathe a sigh of relief because shipping a liquid is prohibited by most carriers.
Good. Maybe they have stopped doing that. I had no difficulty shipping my sample to them, the post office did not ask me if what I was shipping was flammable .... and I'm not sure I would have realized it was ..... but several shopper friends had trouble. And one was unable to find a carrier to deliver her sample, causing all kinds of problems.
No, I just had to photograph the solution. I used the excuse that I would like to take a picture for my husband to see just how dirty the water was and that we needed to get our carpets cleaned more often. I can't imagine how you were able to sneak out some of the solution right under the technician's eyes.
So you also did not have to reveal yourself? That was another negative of the shop. At the end, when the technician finished, previously you had to reveal to him that you were a shopper, and that's when you asked for a sample of his cleaning solution and then you mailed it to them in an envelope they provided.
Oh no, it was secret all the way. No reveal. That is why I couldn't believe you could just sneak out some solution. Now, I get it. So they have changed a bit. But even photographing the solution is a little weird. I mean it's one thing to photograph the van when he is inside cleaning it, but the solution? It's right under his nose.
It may be that you gals are doing different clients and different companies. There has been one sort of on the edge of my market for years that was not a reveal. I have no idea about photographing solution, though I'm pretty sure you need to photograph the truck. I've never done the shop because I live about 5 miles outside their service area.
Flash, have I told you yet today how brilliant I think you are? I wouldn't have thought of that, and that is a very good possibility.

Had mine done 2 weeks ago. I had been waiting forever because that company is top of the line. My 2 1/2 year old carpet looks brand new.
Don't they do a wonderful job? They are pretty expensive, however. My reimbursement covers less than half of what I paid, and I only had stairs, hallway, enclosed porch, and 3 traffic areas cleaned. Didn't touch my living room or dining room rugs.
I really need one of these shops before winter. Are these monthly shops, how many different MSC have these?

Forgive my grammar and spelling on the boards. I am off duty.
These seem to come out in my area very infrequently, bobdav, like once a year. I see them periodically in my area and in other areas of the state.
