Yes, they are very exacting and specific with the photos. You are among many who had their shops rejected due to photos. I personally never have had one rejected, but many others have. I use a good digital camera for my photos, but others use cell phones and have had no rejections. Maybe you should try some shops where no photos are required. Good luck to you.

First mistake: Doing it for $0. Only time I do it for $0 is when I can do an online shop on Tuesday's since those days they offer a BOGO for all online orders. I get the office pizza and let them know anything over the reimburse amount they have to pay and each person usually has to cough up $1 - something they don't complain about. I need at least $5 to do the shop most of the time

I won't do them for less than $20. I don't do them often with the current MSCs because they don't like giving that amount. I used to get more with the old MSC that went out of business. I don't like the pizza much so no way would I do it for no pay.

I never do them for only reimbursement. Always hold out!

They always have a fee here. I have never had a picture rejected and I just use my cell phone.

Teaching kids to count is fine, but teaching kids what counts is best.

The first shop I did for them the picture was rejected and they did not even ask if I had took any other pictures and did not pay me!! I got so mad about that! But, it really was my fault cause i took the picture at the wrong angle. I have not accepted one for less than 10 since I found out 2 ms companys do the same shops so i wait for the bonus to get to 10 or 20! It is way to much work for 0! I use my cell phone and have not had a problem since the first one. I put the pizza on the ground and stand over it to take the pic. Sometimes i have to send in some extra pics but they always are approved.

Sure I did. I got paid for 6-7 years of doing those shops with large bonuses ranging from $25-$50 per location, and would regularly do 4-6 locations per month. I didn't get paid for the last 7 or so that I did, but in the long run, I made a huge profit.

And that’s the beauty of being an independent contractor— you don’t have to do any shops that you don’t want.

I don't do them for less than $15.00. There was only one other person in my area doing the shops with the old MSC and they were obviously on the other side of town based on the shops they took. So I always got the ones close by for $25 to $50 each every month. Early in July I could tell something was up with the company because I wasn't getting responses right away and they (especially the female) started to get really rude. I decided to stop taking them for a month or so until they shaped up and started appreciating me again. Then I just forgot about it for a while and good thing I did. There are sooooo many people with the new MSC in my area, especially the two right by my place that I never get a bonus from those these days. And they are taking them for $0 fee!! The most I have gotten from the new MSC is $30 for one that is in a suburb of my large city and I'm there often so I take those. I 'reckon I crave a Papa John's pizza about twice a year and that craving subsides within 24 hours.
