MCG dining shop

Has anyone completed a shop with management consultant Group (mcg)? I just accepted my first fine dining shop for them. Are their expectations similar to Coyle? TIA!

i did one a few weeks back. Haven't heard anything back on my report so I assume it was ok. I don't feel like I went overboard on the details.

The are heavy on bar integrity in my experience, and I dread the requirement to spend a long time at the bar. Let me get tot he eating...

Otherwise, a bit easier than Coyle I think.

Oh yes! I love them! Lazy Lioness here.....as I recall, the editor sometimes has to get on me to write 5-7 sentences for each section - not just the "NO" questions. Other than that, they're great to shop for - pays on time, and pleasant to communicate with.

When Coyle and MCG raise their fees to match the amount of time it takes to report (i.e. $50), I’ll start doing their fine dining again.
