I have a doggone form that won't let me input

I shopped a FF today for lunch and it has no drive through. Apparently the MSP either does not know this or won't believe it. When I check the appropriate box "this is a dine in only" it says that is not correct. Now they say I am overdue for the input, only I have been trying half the night to get around this someway. Should I just go ahead and say there was a drive through and answer questions like that and in the comments section at the end, say, oh and by the way, there really is no drive through. I am so frustrated. Doggone report!

I would enter whatever the form will accept, explain in the comment/narrative box, and email the scheduler, or help desk as well.
I had that happen once, with Service Intelligence. I called the scheduler, who acknowledged the error, and actually input the shop for me over the phone. She was very apologetic that the form hadn't been updated from the previous month's requirement, which is why it wouldn't allow me to input.
I've had 2 application forms recently that did the same thing. I emailed the tech folks at both sites. What could it mean viss a vis the quality of the organization? Hmmmmm....
I as well have that with SI and had to do it there way, mention it in the report, and tell the scheduler. You just can't fight some things, surrender makes life easier.

Live consciously....
When I had that happen with SI, it literally would not let me submit answers, because the form detected them as errors.
Yes, I have e-mailed twice and heard nothing, and yes, guess what, it is SI. I am going to give them their imaginary drive through and describe my imaginary meal that I bought for my imaginary friend. smiling smiley
Anyone have their phone number, I have looked everywhere on that site. Just like Santa, I have checked it twice.
Okay, I got through it as the drive through was not available during this visit. Why? Because it does not exist. Good enough.

Not at all shocked, that's why I mentioned the company name. ;-) I've had many other instances where the form wasn't updated, but that was the only one that I literally could not submit! Glad you got through, Carol.
The only time I've had that happen with a form was Maritz when they still had the delivery shops. When I got in line, three people were ahead of me and no one was being waited on. The employee was on the phone and no one was at her window. It would not let me put that 1 employee was working, but no customers were being waited it. The form said it was not possible, but yet it happened.
Oh yes, forget us humans, the forms know all............................. it's scary.
Carol, the funniest thing, I wake up and was dreaming about a job I input with SI...facts are clear as a bell. I had to order a specific dish, the employee gives me chips before I get the dish. I put in chips were fresh and warm, I cannot get through to next question. Going crazy, after about the 8th try, I give in and find out chips were not to be given with this dish, so, my answer was not accepted.....aauurgh. (I did get chips). Wrote that in the bottom, but OMG, give us a break!! So, now, I refuse to waste "my time" and I just go with their program, bur mention it at the bottom.

Live consciously....
No, I did not receive chips. But by any chance had I actually received chips they would have been fresh and warm. How did I know how they tasted since I didn't receive them in the first place? Well, you see.............................

Glad I am not the only one with problems with the doggone form. Your post made me smile, Irene. Thanks!
