curb lines: part of landscape appearance audit | Description?

Rating of 1 includes this ~~> debris is not blown off the curb lines

Could someone please define "curb lines"?
I can only guess at this point and an Internet search was not enough help. I sent question to Scheduler a couple of hours ago, but no response yet

Since this is the lowest rating, I want to be sure I have a full understanding of what constitutes a curb line.

Thanks.

I’d go with the definition from [www.merriam-webster.com]

Definition of curbline
: the boundary between a roadway and a sidewalk area

Let us know if you find out what they are referring to.
Since this is referring to landscaping and is totally without context I would imagine they mean the 4 or 5 inch rim of concrete curb right next to the roadway and they want to make sure they have cleared away any debris from trimming or whatever of the greenery...or basically anything else like bits of paper.
Thanks for your suggestions, @sandyf and @Jenjgra.
Did not get clarification from MSC. However, did a route of 8 and scored high on each one, so all is well.
