TUAU uses the SASSIE reporting system where you will not see the questionnaire prior to being accepted for the job. So if you put in a request for the job, you will have access to the questionnaire once the work is assigned to you. Your assignment will show up on your "Shop Log", where you will have the opportunity to download the guidelines, print a slightly more efficient copy of the questionnaire prior to the shop if you wish and see the actual questionnaire before you do the shop if you wish. With the shop there will also be a Help/Contact option to contact your scheduler/the company should you have questions prior to the shop, issues when reporting the shop or payment inquiries after the shop if you have not been paid in a timely fashion. I find it usually is best to use the Help/Contact as it carries an easy identifier of exactly what shop you are referring to if you need to contact them.
