IPSOS Technology Hardware Shops: How to Print the Full Survey?

I'm doing one of these today, passed the test, and can access the link to the survey. But the full survey only appears for a few seconds, then reverts back to the shortened part at the beginning. I can't find a way to bring it up long enough to print the whole thing. I tried doing screen shots, but that will take forever, since I have to keep going back to the beginning, pulling up the full view, scrolling down, etc. Then I end up not being able to capture what I need in time. I can't even read fast enough to get it all.

This is on the Sassie side, and as we all know, their shops are infamous for having questions on the survey that aren't in the guidelines and vice-versa. I'm not eager to do this shop and find out there's a requirement listed in the survey that's not in the guidelines.

Have emailed the scheduler, but not sure that's going to do me any good. FWIW, I'm using Avast browser, which is basically Firefox. I wonder if it would appear any differently in Chrome?

I never heard back from her, so I just winged it! LOL. I mean, I followed the guidelines and am hoping there are no "trick" questions!

The solution is simple. As soon as I saw that there was no way the website would let me print more than the first page, I copied the entire form and pasted it into a blank Word doc.
1. Highlight the entire form by holding down the mouse until the page scrolls to bottom.
2. Crr+p (or click File....Print from the menu at top of Word doc).

Now you have the option of saving the form to your computer as Word or pdf for future use. I did 5 HD shops but printed the form only once. I used a different color ink for each shop to fill in the answers.

Helpful hint 1: install the HD app on your smartphone. You can find the aisle and bay number of all 8 items in about 5 minutes with it, so you can walk right to the items when you get to the store.

Helpful hint 2: Enter the store through the exit or pro door, since the return counter is always at the entrance doorway. That way you the return employee will see you only when your return the merchandise.
I tried that, too, but before I could finish highlighting the entire form, it reverted back again! And I was getting too frustrated to try to highlight and copy in bits and pieces. Sigh.

At least I know now that this is how this new form is supposed to "work." If you can call it that. Maybe I should try another browser next time.

Odd, I don't know why it reverted back for you. I did not have that problem. I saved a copy to my hard drive. PM me if you need a copy. The client stil has more of these shops available as of March 21, 2:43 PDT.

My first browser of choice is Mozilla's Firefox. One of my favorite features is that it syncs across my computer, android phone, and laptop automatically.
I don't think this is the same client. Maybe the form is different for different clients and perhaps behaves differently? Who knows? My browser is Firefox, wrapped in my anti-virus program. Maybe that's the problem.

So abbreviating the retailer is probably still an IC violation since the MSC has been named...

May depend on how quickly the window closes, but to piggyback off of AZwolfman's suggestion, instead of scrolling down to highlight the page, quickly press Ctrl-A, followed by Ctrl-C. That let's you select the whole page, then copy it. Once on a blank Word document, do Ctrl-V to paste the information. Depending on formatting, you may have the gist of the questions you need to answer on the survey.
Didn't know about Ctrl-A. Will have to try that next time; thanks!
