What ever happened to Talon?

I've done a search in this forum and only found
"Talon was acquired by a large MSC, known for video apartment shops, with an eye to developing the application for broader use and better stability. That did not pan out."
From a post on Talon FB group from Pam at IMSC: "Talon is no longer a viable app."

Does anyone have more details?

Talon was bought by Shadow several years ago. They finally threw it away and started over. It has morphed into a new app that Shadow is selling through a new company but I honestly can't remember the name of it. It is more a general app than specifically a video shopping app if I'm not mistaken, but I have not used it so honestly don't know for sure. I can't even remember the name of it but I'm sure someone here can tell you.

Thanks, I did not know it was now owned by Shadow. I looked at Mystery Media Pro and decided that it was not worth the money.

I performed roughly 100 shops on both Talon and it’s successor, Mystery Media Pro.
What do you want to know?

I was just curious what happened to it. I downloaded MMP and decided it was not worth the cost for me. I will continue to use PV 500 (with no ongoing monthly charge) for my video shops.
