They are actually slightly harder because you have to report the number of unique types of ink. Instead of the ink type being featured in big letters on the boxes, they are now in tiny letters on the price signs (in the Big Box stores the signs are enormous). I was in a drug store the other day where 2/3 of the ink was out of stock.
