Hello Everyone,
I'm new to the forum. I started Mystery Shopping in the lovely time of January 2020. I had a great few months and was picking up a lot of shops and got my feet drenched! Then everything stopped. It was a great initiation. I found myself picking up whatever I could in the summer and fall. By winter I was learning quite a bit. I was still in it by 2021 and decided to go to MSPA Shopperfest in Houston last month so I guess I'm official! I learned that staying in the shadows is not necessarily a bad thing so I decided to get out and network a bit, both online and in person. I have been doing some networking locally but they aren't shoppers, so here I am! If anyone has any questions about Shopperfest I'd be happy to answer them. I found it to be definitely worth my money this year! I made so many great connections with companies and other shoppers!
I'm hoping to do more hotel shops, get a casino shop, and pick up some alcohol compliance shops. I did one before Covid but have not gotten any since. So if anyone has any tips please throw them my way.
