I have done it before... I have the oven thermometer stuck somewhere around here. It's an easy audit to do. The owner of the restaurant here in Fresno is kind of negative about the whole thing, but doing the audit is fairly easy.

It's an easy audit to do. I would certainly do it again for 20 bucks or more. I found it interesting... I learned a bit more about how pizzas are made, what ingredients are used, and how the restaurant operates.
