Compact and Portable Printer Recommendations Needed

It will be time to start hitting the road again and I want to buy an affordable new printer that is compact and portable while traveling. I will probably need a hardwire connection as opposed to wireless due to some of the terrain. For you Road Warriors out there, any printer recommendations? TIA.

Although may not be always ideal most local libraries have computers and allow you to print for a per page fee. This may not be possible in rural areas.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
I stop print outs ( except leave behinds) pre-COVID. LOAs I present on my tablet. There's usually an Office Depot, FedEx, UPS, library or Mom & Pop Office Center (rare find) or hotel/motel office center near by. Good luck.

You can probably pick up an inexpensive monochrome Brother printer with usb wired connection. I think laser is cheaper in the long run on a per page basis and you won't have to worry about a page not printing at all with those inkjet color printers.
Epson XP-6100 all in one. Footprint is maybe 14×14. $179 on Amazon, $190 at Staples.
