Last week I did two apartment shops. The addresses are close together. I went to the first one and there was a sign on the door, on Wednesdays, the office is only open from 3pm to 5pm. I got there at 11am. According to the guidelines, if it's a random shop I don't have to call first. The MSC said I have to call first. I told them what the guidelines say. I did tell them I would back again on the 15th. The scheduler said "thank you, they will change the shop date to the 15th. when they back into the office next week. I just checked the site today, 11/11....it says "ok to pay" Does this mean I don't have to go back?
The two apartment offices are close together. (across the street from each other) I went to the second address and it's an office for Head Start. I was told the apartment complex does have an office there, but they're never there. They are in the other office (the one I just came from) I filed my reports explaining what happen with both offices. Now the site says, "ok to pay" for BOTH shops. It appears I'm getting paid for both shops and never had to take a tour or speak to anyone.
