How is your June looking

I am getting swamped with calls for June already. Where is everyone? I slowed down on written shops but I have received calls from 3 companies in one day.

I have 3 fast foods that are moderately bonused. (fees will help pay some bills).

I've got that Dessert restaurant, no money out of pocket this round due to recycled gift cards winking smiley

Got 7 of the 15 minute banks from 2 separate companies.

My June is starting to get full... and have some fun stuff on the calendar... mystery shopping the Monterey Bay Aquarium and then later that week a road trip to do gas station evaluations out in the Mojave Desert, Death Valley National Park, and along the back side of the Sierras along highway 395 with a couple of motel mystery shops on that trip and throwing in a wedding shower for a buddy who grew up out in Apple Valley but now lives in Chico... his dad is throwing him and his fiancée the shower there in the town where he grew up. Nice to be able to add it onto the desert trip and throw in a motel mystery shop and it's all written off when it comes to tax time... hard to beat that one!

Shopping Bama and parts of Georgia.
I'm still learning 24/7.
So-so. I'm picking, choosing, waiting.
I see bonused already. $18.00 to go out and take those pictures of signage. WaHOO!
My sister is coming to town on Monday. Just picked up some food shops that will help me feed them (and me) for free while they are here. Last weekend Ron did 40 gas stations and picked up all the chips and sodas for our family reunion. She was going to Sam's to get a sheet cake and I told her we'd bake brownies and a couple of cakes at home and bring them instead. She can pay for the ingredients and we'll save a ton. Whoopeeeeee!

In the meantime, I have an electronics shop, two clothing stores and a couple of phone shops, four bank shops and a ton of gas stations for the next week. Trying to wrap up three reports tonight and will hit four or five more gas stations tomorrow. My tank is full. Taking Ron's car tomorrow and will fill it up. He'll drive my car and make a little room in it for another shop or two on Saturday. I just bought a 5 gallon gas can to hold some more. It didn't occur to me when I agreed to take three additional Shell shops that our little cars wouldn't hold 26 gallons of gas for 13 shops. Then next week I have a handful of BPs where I have to buy 4 gallons of gas. By then we'll have used some.

My sister's car will need gas too since they are traveling to Louisville from Panama City, FL. Anybody else need some gas? lolololol

Better get off of here and get those three reports written. McDonald's said I could sit here until they close at Midnight.

Happy shopping! Happy last day of school!

My daughter's wedding is in 16 days, so I am taking next to nothing until after that is over. I do get calls and e-mails so there are lots of shops out there.
I worked like a slave last month and kind of taking it easy this month. I only have a few shops scheduled for June now but waiting on some of my higher paying companies to come through. I am getting a lot of offers but plan spending my time on shops that only pay 25.00 or more this month except for my usual bank shops that pay around 12.00. I do them quickly and the paperwork is easy. Hope all of you are having a blessed day.
ah got a sam's club merchandising assignment through narms... set up for 4 hours on 5/19 and have to check on it every morning til 6/6 it only takes about 40 min a morning... that includes loading the photos and stuff... 300 for that assignment and it gets me out of the house in the morning... its my first time doing it though... had a resteraunt shop last week for 30 for reimbursement, had a tobacco compliance bonused so 28 there (they failed to card me but im 27) finished up two furniture stores for 15 x 2 and doing another today when the store opens.... have a p/r shop saturday for 35...

I'm way to busy for the first full week of the month.
I am busy with shops until the end of next week. I was so busy that when booking some shops, I looked at a May calendar and now have to work this week-end, which I am not that happy about.
Wow, I'm beat! I did five Shell stations, a pool supply, four post offices and a ff breakfast shop and a bank today. Yesterday I did four Shell stations, a pool supply, a retail clothing store and two post offices that were downtown locations and required parking meters and walking. Sunday will find me at a buffet for breakfast, church, then another pool supply, big box electronics and another retail clothing store, evening church and then an ice cream shop. I'm worn out and it's only the 4th of the month! I haven't received my site manual yet for my next string of gas stations but I scored a passle of shipping shops scenario B for $17 each. I went to Save-a-Lot and bought a bunch of can goods to send to my friend in Bowling Green. She likes it when I send groceries. lol The shipping shops are spread out all over town. I have several to do but two days to do them in. Did four and we have 8 more to do between us.

Shell filled up both gas tanks for us today and yesterday!

I have a ton of reports to write tonigh and I'm whooped. Might have to take a nap first.
just dont forget and start writing reports on your church... *wink*

My "big day" yesterday turned into a fiasco....doing an expensive P/R, get there to find it 98% men's wear with a small clearance rack for woman. Nothing to try on as everything was a size 0 thru 6.....could not do shop, they definitely needed a man for this shop. I drove 60 miles rd. trip (had 3 others along the way, but out of the way). The other one (Nordstrom) in Westwood (U.C.L.A. territory), no parking, lots full and no available street parking, couldn't do it, drove around for 40 minutes. June so far, not good, I'm staying home, won't cost as much as "trying" to work. Thank goodness for kind schedulers.

Monday....
McD breakfast
Bank
2 post offices
Bank
3 post offices
McD lunch
3 more post offices
3 Penn Stations (one bite and take rest home after sitting 15 minutes)

Sister coming to town. Take McD food and Penn Station food to hotel to feed her family while kids swim at hotel pool and I write yet another 15 reports. Heavy sighhhhhhhhh. Butttttttttttt $136 in fees on the post offices and the banks are just walk in teller shops for $10 each and I can WiFi at McD's and file a couple of reports while there.

Still catching up on the Shell shops and have 5 other reports to write by dawn. I'm tired and will slow down and catch some sleep. Gotta get the Shell shops in so I can self assign next month and get ones close to home! winking smiley

Massively slammed and running behind - all these school end trips, pony rides, etc; by the time I'm done with reports its after midnight.
I'm taking off to the Modesto area in the morning for an overnighter... I have 19 Valero's and a Microtel Motel to do on the trip... and probably will pick up the Shell or two that are in the area and will see what kind of food I can pick up to fill in the meals.

After two long road trips last month (one of 18 days, one of 7 days), I took the first week of June (well, the first 6 days, lol) off. Now have 3 Chipotles, a local video shop, a couple of grocery stores, two banks (could have taken 2 dozen, but, yawn), and a 2 night high end hotel to do while another video shopping route "gels" for next week. I have a ton of deferred maintenance to attend to at home, so will try to keep this a pretty light shopping month.

That said, if I did FF or gas shops, I would be swimming n opportunities. Good news for those that do them.

Poor customer service? Don't get mad; get video.
Doing phone Kiosk, hardware store, lunch bar audit, Banks, grocery store, car dealership ($75.00), gold Kiosk, Hotel audit with another shopper, (very unusual), and waiting to schedule my retail next week...excellent.

What companies are you working for, I am a little slow.
Diva,
Tho I cannot speal for Irene, it's a safe bet that any of us who are so busy are signed up woth 100-200 companies and take the best of what's offered in each case. That might mean that we monitor ALL of those companies by getting emails from them but may work for our personal favorite 20-30 companies in any given year. What will work best for you depends on your location (i.e., what companies currently have shops there) and your preferences, so what works near Iren in SoCal may have nothing to offer where you live.

What company shops chipotle?
I find that after today I have time next Tuesday to maybe go to the bathroom.....and that may be it for the month.

I currently work monthly for about 10 MSC's, although signed with many more. I find the first two weeks of the month brings on the best jobs, with the stranglers coming in after that. This month is a great varity, keeping one from getting bored, but, eating plenty of blueberries to keep my memory in tact....once your established, the jobs are emailed to you or many are self-assigned...great not to spend much time searching.

Cettie, I'd find time if I were you.....

Wow, I don't even know of more than 15 companies!
So far, two retail shops, one apartment shop. Many more requests in my in-box. Just need to start scheduling shops.
