Can anyone here help me pass this darn Exxon test?

I've been doing the shop for years. I usually pass the quiz without even looking at the guidelines. This time, I cannot There's only 11 questions. I failed, printed out the guidelines, retook using the guidelines, still failed. They don't show you which questions you missed, which would help! I've tried 15 times now.

E-mailed the useless general e-mail, no response. Reached out to a scheduler I've worked with in the past, and she said to e-mail that same useless email.

There's no scheduler listed.

I need to get this done before the next storm moves in!

Any help is appreciated.

I'm not certain, but, I think if you hit the back error at the top left of your screen, it brings up the questions with the ones highlighted that were incorrect.
I'll try that.

I think when I did it, I screen shotted my answers so that I could go back and try to figure out which one was wrong.
I printed out the quiz, so I have a hard copy.

(Because I'm an idiot and can't screenshot. )

No back arrow. Good suggestion, though

Glad you got it!
On one of the quizzes there was something to hit before submitting the quiz that allowed the quiz taker to see the offending questions that were wrong. I thought it was Exxon.

BTW, I have no idea how the word "arrow" became "error"!
I now have a rule when taking tests, I note my answers for each question and put an "!" next to the answers that I found verbatim in the guide.

If I don't pass the first time I can go back and look only at the answers I'm not 100% certain about. I only change one answer and note my change and submit.

If my score increases I know I made the right change. If not, I'll change it back next time and change a different answer I'm not 100% certain about.
Morsteve, that's what I did. I did narrow it down to one question, but that question had four options, none of which seemed correct according to the guidelines. It was the QR codes that tripped me up -- when the guidelines said "ignore this code if you see it", I interpreted that as it was compliant. I was wrong! Guidelines could be clearer! Like, "Don't mark this one non-compliant. It is non-compliant, but just ignore it."
Was this the one on the Shopmetrics side? The SASSIE side lets you "start another pass through" to see your mistakes, if any, Shopmetrics does not. And @ceasesmith - thanks for letting us know which question tripped you up!
I have taken such tests in the past- I print the guidelines and read them referring to them as I take the test. Sometimes I fail multiple times- Sometimes I think whoever wrote the test is out of their skull as often the guidelines and answers do not coincide. Good luck to all!
