Several years ago I did numerous training calls for a cell phone warranty company. They were with trainees learning the assistance or claim procedures for several cell phone companies. You used a script and aliases. These shops were through Sinclair. They disappeared about 18 months ago. They were tedious but lucrative as you could do multiple $5 calls per day. Is there anyone who used to complete these who might know of another shopping company offers them? Or something similar? I don’t like most phone shops that involve sales inquiries or other more interactive calls.
