Tobacco Pricing Shops

Last Friday I did 7 of these in my area. They are quick and easy and the shop specifies that you purchase 6 specific and different tobacco products -- one of them being Newport and the first choice is the regular (or King) size. Two of these 7 locations were a chain convenience store where they list the Newports as Newport King on their receipt and the MSC said these are not compliant with the shop instructions and deducted the cigarettes from the reimbursement. This is about $22 in total which is not a small amount of money and more importantly is really unfair. I have no say over how the store lists the cigarettes on their receipts. The photos of the Newport were clearly exactly the same product as the others where the receipt just said "Newport box". I sent a help request for both of these shops in my log but does anyone know the best way to make a protest for a complete reimbursement?

Kings are the short version of cigarettes, 100s are the long ones. The MSC is 100% wrong and needs to be schooled on this. Maybe you can find further info on the Newport website or something to help support this.
