My Credit Karm login details - NO

I am doing a credit shop online and the last scenario I was working on said, If you already have a Credit Karma account login, send your login details to the Project Manager . . . Our editor will login to your account and capture the necessary information.
No. I will not give my login information to someone else to capture information. Has anyone else done this? What do you think about doing this?

I have on a few occasions and am satisfied all is well, BUT, as the old adage goes, "To each his/her own."

I modified the adage for the 21st century.
I wouldn't do it.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
No, do not do it. Object. They will send you instructions on how to complete the shop yourself without your login info.
At this point you are no longer "doing the shop", you ARE the shop. This would be a huge no for me.
I would NEVER do a financially-based shop where I would have to give my login information. Nope.
I'm just Curious if the MSC does a lot of loan rate comparison shops.

I intend to live forever. So far, so good.
I did a similar one a couple years ago and had trouble getting to the right screen. The project manager asked for my social security number and log in so she could just do it for me. She was legitimate but I said no to the request and finally was able to get the screenshot they were looking for. I would say no. The pay isn't worth the security risk.
I'm feeling like I must be insane now. I've done some of these before but I'll create a login for them and then change it. I didn't do it for credit karma specifically but some other service.
Overall, it doesn't make me feel that great doing it but kind of like your experience, it usually is something I run into part way through the shop and feel like I can't exactly back out.
I was doing a cluster of such shops online once and one of them actually asked for my bank account login info! Say what???? The hell with that.
When I objected, the PM said I could change my password afterwards. Sure, after you have access to all of my personal and confidential info. No.
I'd be uncomfortable providing that information as well.

Yes, that is all I've ever done for this MSC.
@morsteve I completely trust this particular MSC and so complied with their request, without a second thought. I also echo shopperbob's sentiments.

I intend to live forever. So far, so good.
, shopperbob...you need to re modify to the 2nd decade of the 21st century...his/her/their own

Our solution: We did a teams call and a screen share so they could collect the information themselves. I changed the password before and after to make sure all was secure. It took about 15 minutes on the call. I'm sure it will take the associate on the call an hour or so to enter all the data they collected.
Thank you all for your feedback.
I recently did a shop with them and they also did a Teams share with me. Morsteve if it was your objection that inspired them to change their methods kudos to you.
I am involved in several long-term projects with one MSC and I give them my bank or credit card login info or set up authorized additional user login credentials for them. I do this only for one MSC. It's a matter of trust, going both ways. They often fund some of the accounts and have to trust me not to withdraw the money and run.

Even with them, I would not give them my Credit Karma login credentials.

Sounds like the same company
Yes they do and I find they pay better and less redundancy than the Ipsos one.
