Maybe, maybe not. I live in a semi-rural area, but there is both a Chrysler and a Ford dealership here. In fact, they're right across the highway from each other. When the Chrysler guy said, "You're not getting your oil changed across the road," I said, "No, my husband said y'all have always treated him right here, so we bring both vehicles to y'all."
I guess it all depends on where you are, and how you spin it.
