Earbud shop

Why in the ever-loving world would there be demo earbuds?? Who wants to put things in their ears that have been in a hundred other ears? And this is basically what I'm being told by reps when I ask. They're right and I sure feel silly! (A little vent)

Most earbuds have replaceable rubber/silicone tips. Perhaps the client/MSC feel people would be comfortable if you replaced them before you tried them?

Or perhaps they are testing whether you were allowed to test them?

Not me. I'm with you on this.
More on this please. Since you have not mentioned the client, please share the MSC.

True. Although it would be nice in reality to actually try out the buds before purchasing. They could have a little sanitation station there so you clean them before putting in.
Not enough sanitation in the world for me to use 'public' earbuds. It would be like using deodorant that you knew a stranger had used. "But we wiped it off with a tissue...."

Hard pass.
