Slim Chickens drive-thru shops

Has anyone done these? They are video shops- I'm wondering how you video with your phone in a drive-thru without getting busted! I guess you can't see the guidelines until you accept the shop.

Hi. I've completed it before. I have a pocket on the outside of my purse and I just sit my phone in the pocket facing the window and record. It isn't hard, but I still get nervous.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.

I recently discovered Slim Chickens. Ate there 3 days in a row because the first one was sooooo good. the others didn't measure up at all, but that's ok, I still got really decent fried chicken, and I really like their fried okra. I think I found the company that does the shops, but they don't show any available in my area. So.. I wait.

Is this really the name of the business or a goof on the name? Regional chicken place? Where (besides Alabama-@Morledzep) are these located?

Slim like some good ole boy whose nickname is Slim, not skinny chickens. They play blues inside the restaurant.. it's awesome and the chicken is pretty good. I can't tell you where they are except in and around Huntsville, AL. I haven't done that much research yet.

Definitely my preference over Raisin' Canes because any restaurant only offering 1 sauce is dead to me.

I did a few pick-up shops in my area early post-pandemic (their local locations are still not doing dine-in best I can tell), but video was not involved.

I'm guessing being shopped is a franchisee option, because no UT locations ever show up in their recent job postings, and I am bummed as a result.
